Terri W. Wintering
Attorney-mediator Terri Wintering has over 30 years in the practice of law in the Rochester and southeast Minnesota areas. She graduated from the College of Saint Teresa and William Mitchell College of Law. She has decades of alternative dispute resolution experience, including cases in the areas of divorce and family mediation, EEOC, ADA, and human rights mediation, special education mediation, ENE mediation, civil mediation, parenting time expediting, and facilitated IEP meetings.
